A Systematic Approach for Energy-Efficient Design of Rolling Bearing Cages

چکیده

Several aspects must be considered in the design of rolling bearing cages. One most important considerations relates to studying and developing a stationary approach for solving problems heat mass transfer during convection. In this context, paper proposes, among other achievements, development validation model generation that is used, as basis an energy-efficient cage context roller bearings axle boxes rail transport. The forces interaction with parts are determined. performed modified friction surfaces form convex contours pockets micro-hollows on support rings. On flat model, between parts, pressure driving driven elements zone radial loading frictional moment has been determined based integral without taking into account lubrication jumpers sides basing ring. calculation temperature gradient standard improved designs cages while air blowing account; results showed decrease average level growth rate bearings’ design. Based obtained results, developed systematic proposed. proposed approach, well respective models, were validated by obtaining analyzing experimental results.
